Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted sail cloth tote, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom designs and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached to the sail cloth.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our Maine workshop, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
